FRIDAY GRATEFUL POST

 Morning Everyone,

I am up bright and early today....going to get tree stumps removed from my yard and I am Excited about this.     Grateful today for........

Tree stumps being removed,

My WLS,

Obesity Help and all the wonderful people that I have met on all these message boards,

My health and my life,

The cooler weather that we have had the last couple of days even though the heat's returning,

My family and friends,

My Faith and answered prayers,

For Support Groups that are so very important to us  in our WL journeys,

For upcoming cruise in 4 weeks.....I am getting very excited about that,

For upcoming OH Conference in Houston Novemeber 5-6th.    

For another chance at living life and doing it better the second time around,

God allowing me to wake up to a beautiful day!  Thank you God!!

My beautiful kids and their wonderful support!

My OH friends and their support.

My doctor for explaining my "inner civil war".

Dr Patel for his kind words and skilled hands.

My dog for wanting to go walk with me.  Good poochy!!

And lastly, to me for not giving up on me!!  Way to go, Jo!!!
