in small bowl ( I used a one cup prep bowl) mix
1/4 cup or so of spicy brown mustard
small!! amount of vanilla sf syrup
mix well then add
garlic powder, fenugeek powder (fake maple flavor - if you live in civilazation you can pick it up at central market, sprouts, etc- I had to mail order mine in ) and a touch of ginger powder - stir and taste - should be tangy/sweet/spicy - play with spices in SMALL amounts

coat one side of thin pork chops lightly with it - pan fry in a little olive oil or pam - flip and lightly coat second side - cook till pork is done and lighlty browned - YUMMO with some onoins, mushrooms and celery cooked in the pan after you pull the meat out - just deglaze it with water and use that for flavor for the veggies

on day two take the left over pork - cut very tiny and mix with warm cream cheese - low fat of course, green onion and a little garlic powder, salt and pepper - awsome with pork rinds but good off of a spoon too -

You could serve it warm or cold - wrapped in a lettuce wrap is pretty good too
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
