We Can Do Hard Things
Today I am up bright and early. Going to get 2 tree stumps taken up out of my yard and totally gone. I am excited about that. I have not even had my morning coffee yet, LOL. Today I am going to have a protein shake for breakfast and then lunch will probably be turkey roll ups with cheese. Not sure about dinner but I know it will be packed with protein. I am also doing my normal gallon of fluids. Have a blessed day today.

B: Ham and Cheese omelet/toast with LS jelly - already eaten
L: Tilapia with mixed veggies (Broc/carrots/caulif)
D: Dinner out tonight will most likely be chicken something
S: No Sugar Ice cream or something in the 100 cal range
For exercise take the dogs for a walk
