Well...we seemed to have a few more takers on accountability yesterday.  That's a good thing.  Hopefully it will last so the post can continue.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 120+ oz.
protein coffee being downed
Atkins shake or Click at some point
chef salad w/ light dressing for lunch
? for dinner...haven't decided yet.  It will be protein!

Well it looks like today is going to be a repeat of yesterday for the most part... but the good news is the scale is back in my comfort zone!!!!  Not that it was really out of it but it was at the top and now I'm back down a few lbs and am feeling better about it!

Plan:
B: Believe RTD
L: crab cake/ SF pudding or jello
D: Talapia/swt. pot. fries
Snacks: 2 multi grain crackers, protein bar, frozen fudge bar

Good morning! I did better on my water yesterday-will up it more today

B: Green tea

L: Beef patty with WF BBQ sauce/salad greens

D:Chicken breast/Spinach

Am scheduled to work 8pm-8am hospice case tonight-if don't eat dinner before I go, will take it with me-if do eat it, will take ANOTHER one with me!

Gina, Clay's protein portions have been more than 100gms-closer to 150-200 but he's still losing like crazy.  I think as long as you stick to the main food list,you'll be fine.

I've upped my protein a bit too.  Just didn't want to feel like I was passing out and getting dizzy.  It's all still working well for me.  I am doing about 5 or 6 oz of protein.

 Morning Karla,

Today I am up bright and early.   Going to get 2 tree stumps taken up out of my yard and totally gone.   I am excited about that.   I have not even had my morning coffee yet,  LOL.    Today I am going to have a protein shake for breakfast and then lunch will probably be turkey roll ups with cheese.    Not sure about dinner but I know it will be packed with protein.    I am also doing my normal gallon of fluids.   Have a blessed day today.

Catfish (should grill it, but.......)??????

decaf coffee

decaf coffee
protein drink
might try the jello again!
repeat all above a few moe times!

Word of wisdom!! STAY AWAY FROM DRY MEAT and don't pisss off your pouch!

My plan for the day

64 oz of liquids
B:  Ham and Cheese omelet/toast with LS jelly - already eaten
L: Tilapia with mixed veggies (Broc/carrots/caulif)
D: Dinner out tonight will most likely be chicken something
S: No Sugar Ice cream or something in the 100 cal range

For exercise take the dogs for a walk
