still here

hi all.

sitting up long enuf to post and let u all know i'm still with ya.

i guess my hernia was so severe that not only did it change from lap to open, but they had to unattach and then reattach the bypassed top of my inestine to my pouch.  my surgeon said 'you were pretty whirled up in there'.

of course i still have my weight loss pretty much behind me but all other ways i'm back to square one.  and omg the pain.  i'm hurting a lot.  i'm using the happy morphine button a lot more this time than i did back in october.

i have no idea what the next few weeks are going to look like for me.  but i'll post again as soon as i can.  love to you all. 

Glad to hear that your doing okay. You use that pump if you need it girl! We have been praying for ya. Penny has been keeping us up to date. Check in again when you can.

 Jenn......it will probably be again like you just had your WLS for the first time as far as eating and amounts goes.     You have been in my thoughts and prayers.    Please stay on top of the pain meds and get lots of rest.     I was lucky that I bounced back so quickly from my hernia surgery.   Please take things very very slowly.   Post when you can.....we love you and you are in our prayers.

Hang in there-so sorry this surgery ended up going more complicated than expected.  Keep us posted on how you're doing.

Jenn...hope you keep healing.  I hope the pain goes away soon for you.  I know you have a tough road to recovery ahead since you had open surgery.  Prayers that you get better quickly!
