Mornin ya'll.... It was nice to see everyone last Saturday... I know I was only there for a few lol Had a good day yesterday (took the day off), went to the Dr and got a wonderful B12 shot (and a script to give myself shots 
)then he sent me for an ultrasound of my throat... thyroid is acting up so making it difficult to swallow at times... nothing that I can't handle though. Kids are home this weekend 
, Mary has her FIRST HS game tonight... she's on the Flag Corp, I'm soooooooo not looking forward to my kids growing up like this!!! Charlie's doing good as well... 8th grade... ughhh I'm gettin old! Another day off for me, getting my homework done then HS Football tonight... Ya'll have a blessed day.

Well it's friday and this past week has gone by so fast. I mean, feels like just yesterday I had my surgery and here it is a whole week and 2 days later, amazing!! I am doing everything I am supposed to and still I am swollen. My PCP says that my body is shock and withdrawl and is rebeling. Makes me feel like an adict!
C'mon body get with the program!! Yeah, maybe yelling at it will make it better.
Crazy me!
One thing is for sure I do not miss taking all those HBP meds with their icky side effects!

48 hours till heading to Vegas baby!

Morning all! TGIF!! Wooohoo!! I'm gearing up for another busy weekend. Tonight we're going to go pick up an end table at Walmart and a bookshelf at Target, so Jeff has three things to assemble this weekend (the cradle is still in pieces too). Tomorrow I need to run up to a Super Target and pick up some baskets and stuff to organize things on the shelves, then Saturday night we're heading over to Jeff's parent's house.
Jeff and his Dad are going to try to diagnose what's causing his car to vibrate when he gets up to 60-70. Mom and I are going to an early bird sale at a consignment sale in Plano. Apparently there are 84,000 baby items, and hopefully a few of those are the last things on my list. Sunday will be church, lunch, then hanging out with Jenny and hopefully Annette. I need to get a pedicure and think we may go do that Sunday afternoon.
Today is a regular work, project day though I wish I could play hookey this morning and enjoy the weather for a while. Prayers going up for everyone that needs them!

I have some how (without trying) lost 5 pounds!!!!!! I would love to lose about 20 more......Maybe by this time next year.
I am thinking that this time next week - I shall be in New Orleans with my wonderful husband and some good friends. Having some great food, watching the crazy people, and relaxing in a hotel room with NO animals. YEAH!!!!!!!
