Thanks :) It's strange to think what a difference a year can make. I was editing my photos earlier. Looking at my before pictures is eye-opening. I really need to find my camera to put up the 1 year pictures. I haven't updated since 6 months!

I've been MIA for several months and my weight gain shows.....For our newbies I'm three years out and let me tell you if you get ****y and stop using your tool you WILL gain. I'm the highest I've been in three years. The good news is that you can get back on track! Bought healthy foods time to get back on track.
