Afternoon Karla,
Sorry I didn't get on here earlier. My youngest son sang at a church across town this AM and we attended church there and then went out to eat ( which made me sick ) YUCK for that LOL.
Coffee and most of my vitamins down. I had a bite of refried beans and a bite of a chili relenio that was suspose to be stuffed with beef but instead it was laying on top. That is what didn't agree with me. Came home and took a nap. Just got up and ate some strawberries. Feeling a little better. I may do a protein shake for dinner instead of eating tonight. Not sure yet though. Hope everyone is having a great day today.
