Good morning. Liz...I hope your friend passes peacefully today. There is no reason that we on earth can figure out for someone to have to suffer that long and much.
You are right about the posts getting out of hand. I apologize for my part. I just with Maryellen would have said why she was posting rather than sitting quietly in the corner making it appear she was just advertising. I don't think this would have happened if she would have come clean about being at the conference and hosting something.

Good morning all! Being kind to each other and ourselves is definitely wise advice Liz. Praying for your friend and for you and all his family and loved ones.
You can call me gimp today, sigh. Took the dogs out this morning, and Leo did his business on the side of the hill that slopes down to the canal. Being the good dog owner I am I attempted to go pick it up and managed to fall down the hill instead. Landed on my butt so Natalie was very well protected, but my ankle is swollen and hurting now. Hoping ice, rest and elevation fix it up.
We dropped Jeff's car off at the shop this morning so I waiting for a final estimate once they confirm what needs to be fixed. Hoping this is the last of the major repairs this year, but with older cars we have to expect things to wear out. Thank God that Jeff has extra income now, so I'm not stressing a bunch about getting it fixed. I was supposed to go to the last prepared childbirth class tonight, but with the car in the shop and Jeff needing my car to get to school tonight, I'm going to have to pass on it. Hopefully I can do a make up class before the 21st.
Had a wonderful weekend, and looking forward to another busy, productive week. Just in case anyone else is counting, 3 weeks from tomorrow Natalie will be making her appearance! Woohoo!! We're almost there and so excited!

Oh...I know it's not funny but I kept thinking you were going to say you rolled in Leo's business on the way down the hill! SO glad to hear Natalie is OK. BTW....do you have any current pics? I'd love to see Natalie before her birthday!

Praying for your friend Liz that God will take him home and relieve him of that constant pain. It hurts to see people that you care about not wanting to leave this earth. Prayers for him and his family and you also. Mel also praying for your friend John. Gotta run.....got to go get eyes checked so I can see !!! LOL

I sent you an email earlier, but know that my thoughts are with you and your friend. I agree that his family needs to make sure he has ample medication - sometimes people fear addiction, but the reality is that he is dying and addiction is not a concern. Being allowed to leave this life for his next without pain is the concern.
I missed the drama - then again - I tend to do that. Can have enough drama in my own life so trying of avoid it on here.
