Another work week is upon us...hope you make a plan and try to stick to it!

My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 120+ oz.
protein coffee
chicken picatta for lunch
flounder and veggies for dinner
Atkins shake at some point

Zumba will be my exercise of choice for today after work

So glad your feeling better Miss Gina!!!  I was worried about ya!  Don't think I'm going to make the Zumba class tonight but I am going to try to head to the gym later tonight with hubby... once the kids are done with homework and studying.  They both have history tests tomorrow!

My plan
64 oz of liquids
B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast with LS jelly
L: Chicken Salad / fruit
D; Steak with mixed veggies
S; ????????? - will limit to something 150 cal or less

For excercise this evening I will take the dogs for a walk.

 Morning Karla,

Got a busy day...getting eyes examined in a hour from now then this afternoon doc appointment with my husband.    I am about to make a protein shake for breakfast.    Will probably do turkey and cheese roll ups for lunch and not sure about dinner or snacks.   Probably fruit and carrot sticks for snacks if I do any.   Have a blessed day !!!
