Atkins shake at some point

Got a busy day...getting eyes examined in a hour from now then this afternoon doc appointment with my husband. I am about to make a protein shake for breakfast. Will probably do turkey and cheese roll ups for lunch and not sure about dinner or snacks. Probably fruit and carrot sticks for snacks if I do any. Have a blessed day !!!
