hello long time no see
Okay folks moved to DFW area and have not been on in months. Took a new coaching job and got family settled and wife proclaimed no more moving...ah the life of a coach...well started this trip last year at 468 lbs and down to 315 and goal wt is old playing wt of 275...will see what I see when I get there LOL....just wanted to say missed talking to you guys and the wonderful things you have going on....now back to my shadows...
