My Plan:

L: Herb/Garlic Baramundi
D: Mesquite chicken breast/veggie
Snacks: greek yogurt, swiss miss fudge bar

 Morning Paige,

Not alot of plans for today yet.   I have my coffee down but not anything else yet.   I need to go take my vitamins though.   LOL    Not sure about any of the meals today yet.   My husband left this morning with his Mom to Winstar....hope he wins but usually comes home empty handed.   LOL   He will probably grill something when he gets home...but maybe not.   He did  mention catfish to me this AM.   Anyway I will make healthy choices that is for sure.     Hope you have a great holiday weekend.

YAY!  I can actually consume things again.

B) protein shake (already consumed)
L) clam chowder soup (well blended)
D) cream of wheat and yogurt

I'm about to go dive into my first morning coffee.  I did my protein shake first to get a jump on my water.  Yesterdays shake was EXTRA slow going down...took me almost 4 hours.  But today I can tell already I'm getting better because it only took about an hour and I don't have any of the 'burp burps' coming up like I did yesterday.  Yay for slow progress!

bad night, worse morning, the food battle continues. tried full liquids at bfast and it was a total disaster. the only happy part of my body was my taste buds. will try again at lunch an then may go back to clear liquids
