Good morning!!!  Wow why is it the short weeks always seem the longest!!!  Glad the weekend is just around the corner!!  I've been doing terrible at lunch this week.  First off I haven't been eating lunch...either  I'm not hungry, not in the mood for what I brought, or I have had a meeting and didn't have time.  Then I'm starving and grazing on anything later in the day!!!  So today I must make a effort to eat lunch!!!!

My Plan:
B: Believe RTD
L:chicken ench. casserole/5 multi grain tortilla chips
D: Maui Maui with veggies
Snacks: FF fudgescicle, FF pudding

So what's your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours... so make it a good one!!!

L: Chicken breast/salad greens with WF raspberry dsg

S:  fresh Strawberries

D: Tilapia (going to try cooking on Foreman grill this time)/salad greens

S: Orange

 Hey all...

Just got home from taking my sweetie to the train.  I have a chiropractor appointment today so a little running around.  Not too much tho to affect my food plan

B: Greek yogurt with mandarin oranges
L: Protein shake
D: Soup-navy bean...if I had more energy I'd make it from scratch.

Good morning ladies!  I think you're on to something with the short weeks feeling like the longest....so absolutely TRUE!!

B: protein shake(Click w/ Designer Whey chocolate)

S: small banana

L: leftover baked chicken/peas

D: chicken salad

S: 1/2 cup of sherbert

Good morning everyone!!

First let me say that I was able to drink 72 ounces of water yesterday and that is a NSV for me!!
Then, I weighed in this morning and another .8 pounds loss!  I will keep low carbing and attempting to get in 64 ounces or more of water in each day!

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Did good yesterday.  Down 1/2 lb. today.  YEAH for that  !!!  LOL

Breakfast.    protein shake
Lunch           shrimp boiled with T ****tail sauce
Dinner          Baked catfish with broccoli

My plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet, redcued cal toast with SF Jelly
L: Chicken Breast with pepper jack cheese, grapes
D: Not sure yet but something with lean ground beef
S; Mini Rice Cakes

64 oz of liquids, got close yesterday so maybe today will be the day!

you might want to get some cheese to go with this whine!

still on full liquids,everything still hurts. had a meltdown this morning. the last 4 meals they keep bringing me real food and it smells so good so all I have had is broth, juice and decaf. Who would have thought I would cry over cream of wheat and cream of something soup soup that is going to make me sick anyway!!

Okay, anyway, plan for today...full liquids and an IV bag of fat and tomorrow I get to eat irratiated corn flakes for a test tosee how my pouch empties solids! Oh the excitement!!

Go out and make it a great day or fake it...I am going to fake it!!
