September Accountability Thursday
Good morning!!! Wow why is it the short weeks always seem the longest!!! Glad the weekend is just around the corner!! I've been doing terrible at lunch this week. First off I haven't been eating lunch...either I'm not hungry, not in the mood for what I brought, or I have had a meeting and didn't have time. Then I'm starving and grazing on anything later in the day!!! So today I must make a effort to eat lunch!!!!
My Plan:
B: Believe RTD
L:chicken ench. casserole/5 multi grain tortilla chips
D: Maui Maui with veggies
Snacks: FF fudgescicle, FF pudding

First let me say that I was able to drink 72 ounces of water yesterday and that is a NSV for me!!

Then, I weighed in this morning and another .8 pounds loss!

Did good yesterday. Down 1/2 lb. today. YEAH for that !!! LOL
Breakfast. protein shake
Lunch shrimp boiled with T ****tail sauce
Dinner Baked catfish with broccoli

D: Not sure yet but something with lean ground beef

64 oz of liquids, got close yesterday so maybe today will be the day!

still on full liquids,everything still hurts. had a meltdown this morning. the last 4 meals they keep bringing me real food and it smells so good so all I have had is broth, juice and decaf. Who would have thought I would cry over cream of wheat and cream of something soup soup that is going to make me sick anyway!!
Okay, anyway, plan for today...full liquids and an IV bag of fat and tomorrow I get to eat irratiated corn flakes for a test tosee how my pouch empties solids! Oh the excitement!!
