Good morning!!!!  I am so glad the weekend is here... but that always means I have a harder time sticking to my plan :(

Plan for today...
B: Oh yeah RTD
L: crab cake
D: mesquite chicken
Snacks: hosting bunco tonight so there will be a lot of temptation to graze!! Will do my best to stick to the fruit/veggie tray!

What is your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours...so make it a good one!

Good morning Paige (and everyone who follows)

I'm looking forward to spending some time today with friends.  And you are right, it does make it harder to stay on track so...typing it out helps!  Road maps are a good thing.

Early Breakfast - cottage cheese with low sugar mixed fruit
Later Breakfast - oatmeal from Central Market Cafe
Lunch - protein shake (maybe a chai tea latte...haven't had one in a while)
Dinner - Crock pot beef stew whizzed in the blender (gotta love pureed stage)

Have a wonderful day.
