Tasty day...I'll just be glad when I can have some real food and have the energy to exercise too. I'm missing my 2 miles every morning.

I had a great day yesterday. Had my support group and made Eggfaces Breakfast bites for them and Hungry Girls onion rings. They were a BIG hit !!!! Today I am going to try to stay really simple with my eating.

Yesterday was not good for me. Had a BAD dumping session, and it was totally my fault. Today is a new day....I've dusted myself off and I'm add it again today.
