Hope everyone enjoyed the weekend and is ready to tackle this new week!!!  Got off track a bit this weekend but that's life!!!  Time to get back on and make better choices.

I wish I liked fish..and that it liked me, but we don't seem to get along well anymore. Y'all make it sound so good..so I TRY...not so good when I do it...okay PAIGE--what's mahi mahi?...ummm...fish? I'd beter stick to what I know....

Good morning everyone!

Plan for the day for me:
Coffee and water (of course)
B-sooji with skim milk
L-protein shake...maybe a new pumpkin concoction (I just got my sf syrup...yum)
D-leftover beef stew

Tasty day...I'll just be glad when I can have some real food and have the energy to exercise too.  I'm missing my 2 miles every morning.

I've got my 1yr checkup today and will probably be having a MedGem test so I had my breakfast really early today. Yesterday was a really good day. We were out digging around town and went to my favorite soup and sandwich place...Cafe Express. I had a great grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of red potato soup. I couldn't eat most of the bread so I took off one side and made 2 fold overs. The soup was delicious, I haven't had potato soup since phase 2 full liquids. Last night tuened into Mexican night. We had some left over grilled shrimp so I put them in a skillet with some chili powder, minced garlic, Ancho seasonings and heated them up. Sauteed onions, homemade refried beans and guacamole. Beast had his wrapped in flower tortillas but I skipped them and went straight for the good stuff!

B...chai tea, cottage cheese/strawberries
L....probably Jason's Deli salad after Dr. appt.
S....apple/PB2
D....grilled chicken, acorn squash, asparagus
LNS...chai tea, Fage cheesecake yogurt

 Morning Paige,

I had a great day yesterday.   Had my support group and made Eggfaces Breakfast bites for them and Hungry Girls onion rings.   They were a BIG hit !!!!   Today I am going to try to stay really simple with my eating.    

B: Protein Shake
L: 5 shrimps and some ****tail sauce
D: Beef stew  ( made from roast I cooked yesterday )
S: Apple with peanut butter

Hello TMB,

Paige, thank you so much, for this daily post.  You gals help me so much with accountability.

Yesterday was not good for me.  Had a BAD dumping session, and it was totally my fault.  Today is a new day....I've dusted myself off and I'm add it again today.
