I was very busy yesterday which is a good thing. LOL When I am really busy I don't think about food that much. I did really well yesterday. Haven't jumped on the scale or had coffee yet this AM so I am not sure how well I did as far as weight but my eating was good and I made good choices.

Yesterday went well, except I don't think I got in my all of my water goal-it's harder on non-work days. I'll have the same challenge today, as my "schedule" today all over the radar, and I normally have half my water in by now, and today 'I ain't had nuthin' yet". I did pick up 4 new flavors of Walden Farms No calorie, etc salad dressings yesterday at CM....Today's plan:
B: Hot green tea
L: Beef patty with WF bbq sauce/salad with WF vinegrette dsg
S: Orange
D: Chicken breast/salad with WF raspberry dsg
S: Strawberries, melba toast
Planning for 120 oz water, and all my vitamins. Whacked my back again last night-dusting-HOUSEWORK IS EVIL-so no walking today

Today is usualy a freebie day as in we're busy in and out that I don't journal it. But even if we get away from home I'll probably have a Wendy's salad. Supper will be one of the many things is the firdge that needs to be cleaned up.
I've already had a pretty productive morning. Met a girl friend at Memorial Park for a walk. It was early and we were pretty sleepy, but I'm glad I "MOVED" some for today. Went to Walmart & HEB. Now...I'm back at home getting some R&R with the hubby.
