Good morning!  Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend!!!  Yesterday I did not follow my plan and paid for it when I got on the scale this morning!!  I was at a volleyball tournament most of the day followed by bunco last night!!  Too many cactus margarita's and grazing on yummy stuff!!!  So it's back on track today!!!

I didn't following my plan either yesterday did a lot of mindless eating and the scale reminded me of that this morning.

My plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet
L/.DWill be having late lunch/early dinner out - will probably be chicken something
S; Fruit

 Morning Paige,

I was very busy yesterday which is a good thing. LOL   When I am really busy I don't think about food that much.    I did really well yesterday.   Haven't jumped on the scale or had coffee yet this AM so I am not sure how well I did as far as weight but my eating was good and I made good choices.

Yesterday went well, except I don't think I got in my all of my water goal-it's harder on non-work days. I'll have the same challenge today, as my "schedule" today all over the radar, and I normally have half my water in by now, and today 'I ain't had nuthin' yet". I did pick up 4 new flavors of Walden Farms No calorie, etc salad dressings yesterday at CM....Today's plan:

B: Hot green tea

L: Beef patty with WF bbq sauce/salad with WF vinegrette dsg

S: Orange

D: Chicken breast/salad with WF raspberry dsg

S: Strawberries, melba toast

Planning for 120 oz water,  and all my vitamins. Whacked my back again last night-dusting-HOUSEWORK IS EVIL-so no walking today

 I actually ignored the scale this morning.  Clint was sleeping so soundly I didn't want to barge into the bathroom and turn the light on to check myself.  Now I've had my morning coffee and sooji so I'll wait until tomorrow morning to check in.

Today's food:
B-sooji made with protein powder added milk
L-protein shake
D-either leftover faux lasagna bake or leftover beef stew...both will be nummy

Yesterday ended up being pretty good after all. After the Baybrook suooport group I ended up at The Fish Place where I had grilled redfish, grilled veggies and just a couple spoons of cole slaw. Then late that afternoon a friend called inviting us to Clicton's by the Sea in Baycliff to see some common old friends we hadn't seen in years...another meal out! But I did OK with snow crab. That's all I had, just the crab, so yesterday ended up being one of my low days.

Today is usualy a freebie day as in we're busy in and out that I don't journal it. But even if we get away from home I'll probably have a Wendy's salad. Supper will be one of the many things is the firdge that needs to be cleaned up.

Had a pretty good day yesterday, for a Saturday.  Managed to go through my day pretty free of mindless food consumption and/or "stinking thinking".  It was soooo nice and I'm grateful to my HP for that daily deprive.

I've already had a pretty productive morning.  Met a girl friend at Memorial Park for a walk.  It was early and we were pretty sleepy, but I'm glad I "MOVED" some for today. Went to Walmart & HEB. Now...I'm back at home getting some R&R with the hubby.

Today's Master Plan:

S - 1/4c Trail Mix
L - Protein & Veggies
S - Protein Shake
D - ????
