Insurance Appeal Letters-UHC

I have been denied a gastric sleeve.  My BMI is 36 and I have diabetes and apnea.  Where on the forum can I find examples of appeal letters that I might use to fight this with United Health Care?

Have you tried the "insurance forum?"  I've never been there but I know there is one.  Or post to the sleeve board and maybe an individual could help.  Good luck -keep fighting, it's worth it.

I hate to sound like an idiot, but I can't find an insurance forum or discussion area anywhere.  Maybe I'm just not good at navigating the website.  :-(

You're not an idiot-this site takes some getting used to.  Across the top is a blue banner-choose "forums"  then click on "more" under Weightloss related and you'll see it.

Thank you all for showing me the link to Insurance.  For some reason last night my computer screen wasn't allowing me to see that low on the page.  I rebooted because I had some other things going on and when I looked today I saw it right there!  Thanks for your guidance and patience.
