Well we made it through another Monday!!!  Yesterday was a good day eating wise... now that the kids are back in school and "we" average 3 hours of homework a night I'm having trouble getting to the gym.  Need to figure out a way to make that happen at least once during the week and then both days during the weekend!

L: Ham and Cheese soup, 2 multi grain crackers
D: salmon/ veggie
Snacks: SF pudding, frozen coconut bar

Hi Paige,

I've been snacking like CRAZY...couldn't figure out what was going on until I realized that due to my surgery and other stuff I'm having my first 'time of the month' in almost 2 years.  GAH!

Late lunch-soup...don't know what restaurant I'll end up at
D-lowfat hash with a poached egg

S; Either fun size snicker or 100 cal pack of something

After my 1yr checkup yesterday, I have to figure out how to increase my calories about 200 a day and keep it good stuff. I know that doesn't sound so hard but I already feel like I eat all the time. Adding good fats will probably be the best way since I don't get many fats so this week I'm adding almonds, avocado and non-fat cheese and see how that works.
