Good morning!!! Hope everyone is doing well and sticking to your plans the best you can! Remember if you get derailed from your plan it's probably because a little thing called "life" gets in the way! Don't beat yourself up about... just climb back on and continue moving forward.

I didn't make the best food choices yesterday. The upside is I don't feel 'guilty' at all, I didn't overeat on any of it...and I didn't push myself at night...my tummy said no more food and I listened. So I actually woke up 1 pound down this morning. YAY!
B-low sugar oatmeal with skim milk
L-protein shake
D-undecided...I'll find a great recipe online and make something yummy.

Not much of a plan yet this AM. I am not with it yet. I got about 10 1/2 hours sleep last night. Can't believe it. I usually get about 6. I am out of sorts today to say the least. Not sure what I will eat today but I am down another 1/2 lb. this AM. I know no biggie but still 1/2 down WOO HOO for that.

Today is my surgiversary so I got on the scale this morning for prosperities sake...and I'm down 2lbs from Monday! I know the change in calories yesterday couldn't have worked this fast but I'm going to stick with the extra calories and see where it takes me this next month. I know yesterday was a chore...seemed like I ate all day long trying to get that extra 200 calories in. Shee**** shouldn't be that hard! LOL!
