Good morning!!! The weekend is getting closer! How has everyone's week been going?
My Plan:
B: Believe RTD
L: Shrimp, ****tail sauce , FF pudding
D: fish
Snacks: frozen yogurt

Today's plan will be:
B-chai spice apple oatmeal with skim milk
L-protein shake
D-mini beef 'pot pies'
The week has been great. I'm sad, actually, to be heading back to work next week. This down time has really given me the incentive to get my financial aid together and get back to school for my culinary arts degree.
GOOD morning, PAIGE and all!My week has gone well-food and water wise, at least..lol...It would have been easy to chuck it all and stress it, but, so far, so good..but it's not ACCOUNTABILITY HERE that keeps from doing that!!

Lots of water and a baggie full of vitamins! I tried walking again yesterday-didn't hurt my back TOO much so going to ease back into in today

I am about to go out the door....no coffee UGH I have my tests done today. Chemical stress test on my heart today to see if there is anything wrong (praying just reg. heart murmur and not anything else wrong)....then ofter that my glaucoma tests. Yucky day !!! No clue as to what I will or will not be eating. Thank GOd for my RNY and no hunger pains. Have a great day !!!
