Today has to be better than yesterday for me. I am up early today. Went to bed early last night. DId the drops and I did OK with them. I surprised my self. Now if I can get use to my new glasses. The Transition part won't work so they had to order me another pair of lenses. How frustrating !!!! I am light sensitive anyway now it will be worse !!! Oh well.....they will have my new lenses in a week or they better !!!! LOL Today will be pretty busy for me too.....here is my plan today.
B: Protein Shake
L: Turkey and cheese roll ups
D: Grilled Chicken and fresh green beans

My stint in carb rehab is paying off. I am supposed to have a reward day on Sunday because my BF and I and another couple will be going to Houston for lunch and a stage play. Now, I am unsure if it will be worth it to undo being in ketosis for one meal. We will see.
B-scrambled eggs and cheese
L-salad with grilled fajita meat
D-IDK yet but it will be low carb
Water-64 ounces or more.

It's late, but I'm just now getting around to posting.
Today has been so..so...for me, I guess. I'm glad I'm finally home and able to unwind. I was not in a good place this morning. Dealing w/ some negative emotions/resentments towards some one I work with and that's just not good for me. Did some prayer and mediation about it this morning and my day was up and down, but I managed to get through it without compulsively eating.
Should have planed my meals, but I guess I'm having an "off" day.
Today's Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation
- B: Protein Shake
- Eyebrow threading
- L: 2 sticks a cheese and a granola bar (not god)
- S: Turkey, cheese & hummus
- D: (a) grilled fish and veggie or (b) grilled ck salad ??
