How do I change my profile to show date of surgery and my surgeon's name?
As Denzel Washington said in Philadelphia, "Explain it to me like I'm 5 years old."
But, then a 5 year old could probably do it blindfolded, so explain it to me like I'm 56 years old.

nope, I found the list of things such as surgeon info, hospital review, etc; and then to the side you can click on (hide) or (activate), but nowhere does it give you a place to write it in.

Try clicking my account  then on the status tab and then My Surgeon.

See if that is what you are looking for.
