OH Member - Maureen Spence- Passed away
Some of you old timers will remember, Maureen Spence Gianquinto a/k/a Maurreenniiee. She passed away last week after battling poor health for about 6-9 months. She had weight loss surgery several years ago and I believe she had a revision as well. She had managed to get to a happy weight and suddenly became very ill. I don't know many details, only that she was put into the hospital last weekend and the doctors decided to put in a PICC line. It is my understanding that she died while under anesthesia.
There are no plans for a funeral service or a memorial at this time. Her husband, Jon, has said that he will plan a memorial for her in the coming weeks. I will keep any of you interested updated on the memorial.
