Good morning!  This time last week I was getting ready for a vacation of a lifetime... now it's back to work and reality!!  Did well yesterday and need to stay on track this week so I can get those few extra lbs off that decided to come home with me!!

Plan:
B: Believe RTD
L: Nacho in a bowl/ 5 multigrain chips
D: talpia and half swt. pot.
Snacks:  100cal bar, yogurt

What's your plan?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

I'm glad to be back to structured eating--but thats the ONLY reason I'm gad to be back!!

B: Meeting work partner at IHOP, so I'm thinking eggs

L: Chicken breast/strawberries/WF raspberry dsg

S: Cucumbers/Yogurt

D: Beef patty/WF BBQ sauce/green beans

S: Orange, SF pudding

 Morning Paige.....I am back to reality too.    1.5 lbs off today from when I returned !!! YEAH for that.   No more choc. moullten cake for me.   LOL  I went to my fav. store where I get protein and bought a 5 lb. jug yesterday.   Guess that tells everyone what I am going to be doing lots of.....:LOL  Shakes !!!   Have a great day !!!

B: Ham and cheese omelet (made with egg beaters), toast with SF Jelly
L: 1/2 Tuna Sandwich, 1/2 serv of light chips
D; Steak with mix veggies
S: 100cal snach

64 oz of liquids

Good Morning Gals,

Hope everyone had a great weekend.  Weather in HOUSTON has been amazing.  I even managed to have picnics on both on Sat. and Sun. My daughter, Vivian, loved it too  and I loved watching her play and run around.  I even went down a few slides too. 

Today's Master Plan:
 - planned/sensible meals
 - OA meeting
 - 30 min. exercise
 
Keeping things simple today.

ok guys this is totally rude!!! I am on IV feedings of TPN and drink 2-160 ca, protein drinks a day and I have gained 6lbs in a week!! No food just sf liquids!! Need to call home health pharmacist and get someone to lower the calories on my feed bag...I am up to the upper end of my comfort zone!!
