Eeek - at the top of my comfort zone so I will cut the junk out and get back to my normal routine that has served me well so far.
Last week was baaaad. Two birthdays (son and hubbie) so that was homemade apple pie and cake and then eating out on the Riverwalk in San Antonio on an expense account = gain. I am just glad it wasn't any worse so I can get it back off this week.

Didn't get to post last week since I took a couple of vacation days which is a good thing since I know I would have posted a gain but I managed to get it off this past week and I am able to post a small loss.

WELL I was cruisin' last week - but I've had an additional weight gain prior to that due to lack of activity since my bicycle accident........on crutches..for min of 13-14 weeks.....EEEKSSSS

- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.

I had a pretty good week. Looks like increasing the calories is paying off. And I've tried not to be so anal about the carbs....all carbs. If they come from fruit or veggies I just don't worry about them. It's working!

YOU ARE NOT FAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes I meant to yell! Do not go down that path!! You have released 75 unwanted pounds and you are getting sooooo healthy and are sooo much smaller and you are doing a great job!! Dont listen to that monkey that sits on your back...shut her up with a protein drink!!!
