I have an announcement....
First announcement...Plane reservations have been made for the OH Houston conference...I fly into DFW on Thursday night (11/04), Don will pick me up at the airport. On Friday make a quick stop at Don's new job and say 'Hello' to everyone there, and then we leave for the drive down to Houston. Sunday, we drive back to Trinidad, and then I leave on Monday Noon back to Atlanta. So I now have plane reservations, conference tickets, and room reservations....all that I need to do now is meet and get to know all the Texas peeps.
Second announcement...I have another house on the market, but this time it is mine!!! Say an extra prayer or swing a chicken that it gets some viewings. Without viewings, there wont be any possibility of a contract. Don was totally shocked when I told him about the listing, but even more so, when he saw the listing. He couldnt believe it was the same house if for no other reason than the address on the listing. LOL If it doesnt sell before mid-December, I will be here at least until April 15. If I leave during the middle of tax season, I dont get any type of bonus $$, and those $$ can be quite significant. If it sells during tax season, I will probably move in to one of those motels with weekly rental rates. Needless to say, I need quite a few prayers on this announcement.
