October Accountability Tuesday
Good morning! Made it through yesterday... but boss is paying me back for going on vacation!!! Had to work late last night and do the samething again tonight... not happy about it but expected as much.
Plan:
B: Believe RTD
L: chicken soup
D: Wendy's chili
Snacks: sf jello, frozen yogurt

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
I am almost down to pre-cruise weight. Plan today is to keep staying on track and do well. I still have the crud that I came home from the cruise with. Funny nothing hit me till I was driving home. Not sure if I caught it on the cruise on if it was in the air when I was driving home. All I know is I feel really bad, coughing, sneezing and stopped up. UGH not a great feeling and I have way too much to do for this. Have a great day !!
