Looking for a Good Primary Doc!
Hello! I had RNY two and a half years ago and I've moved to a new area and would like any info anyone has on a primary care physician knowlegable in bariatrics. I'm now living in The Woodlands, so a doc in The Woodlands, Spring or Conroe area would be perfect!
Thanks!
Patricia

I've actually heard of him, because that's who Dr. Ferrari refers to, but he is kind of out of the way for me. I'll probably end up with him anyway, though - my surgeon is there, my ob-gyn is there, my hemotologist (for anemia) is there...I just can't get away from Memorial City!!
Thanks for your reply!

Wow - that is amazing!!! I don't know that I'd ever qualify for that, but it sure would be nice! Do you feel like she also has good knowledge about issues specific to gastric bypass patients?
Thank you so much for your reply - I really do appreciate it!

I too recommend Dr. Adam Weinstein. He is wonderful. Been with him ever since I had surgery. He is my primary Doc. He is very knowledgeable and will spend the time to go over every issue you have until you are happy. I was there the other day and had a bunch of different things to talk about and we covered everything. And not just WLS related. He is worth the drive!!!!
