October Accountability Wednesday

Good morning!!!  Just wanted to let you all know how much I appreciate you all for posting and keeping this thread going each day!  I also wanted you to know that I have an online group that is designed for those who are at least a year post op or at goal.  If you don't meet the requirements to the join the regain group (which by the way is a good thing) then my group might be another option if you are looking for some extra support!  I created it back in January but didn't do much with it until now. See my thread from yesterday about a maintanence group if you are interested!

My plan for the next 3 days is going to be challenging as I will be away from work at trainings and will have to eat lunch out... I look forward to being off campus but dread lunch time!!!

Plan...
B: Starbucks Skinny Vanilla latte
L: soup (from somewhere)
D: mahi mahi and veggie
Snacks: 100 cal snack, frozen yogurt

What's your plan?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

HEre's my plan for today:
protein coffee
100+ oz. liquids
Atkins shake if needed
Taco soup for lunch
baked tilapia and veggie for dinner

Happy Hump Day another day closer to the weekend

I'm going to shake things up on this Hump day...
B-vanilla protein shake with mixed berries blending in
L-Adkins Chocolate Latte Protein Shake
AS-Not Sure yet
Dinner-You guessed it A shake...however I will be in my "Lab" making a new shake if it turns out the way I want it to and the way I think it should taste then I will post the recipe..

Walking again tonight and adding in a few more steps..Paige you were correct, Cj and I were doing the Zumba thing together, but with her and her brother WALK (yippee) home from school takes about 45 mins so she started passing on the gym thing...I just got sad cause all my peeps stopped going, but as I was out last night walking in my neighborhood I had lots of my walking peeps want to join me...I just said come on...I have to do this for myself.

Good morning! PAIGE-again, thank you for taking over this thread, to give KARLA a break. When, and if, YOU need a break, please let one of us know. This thread help me all day long. I think about what I have "promised", and it nags at me and REALLY helps.

I've been dragging a bit mid morning, so I'm adding some protein back in my mornings, and see if that helps.

B: Green tea,  Click (but not mixed together...ewwww)

L: Beef patty/WF bbq sauce/salad greens/WF french dsg/Orange

D: Going out with friends-not sure where, bt will split something and keep it simple-meat/veggie/fruit

E: Taking off exercise today-have to listen to the body-when it says "I hurt" I have learned to rest it a day

Vitamins packed/Will shoot for 100 oz water, along with extra green tea along the way

RNY 4-22-02...

Good morning,

I need to go to the grocery store as I am out of my liquid eggs so going to have to use the real thing this morning.

My plan for today

B: One Egg, toast with SF jelly
L;  Tilapia with mixed veggies
D; Chicken
S: 100 cal snack
64 oz of water

How do you fix your talapia?  I pretty much eat it everyday and I'm looking for some new ideas!

I am not a cook so I cook it the same all the time,

All I do is spray it with I can't believe it's not butter or Olive Oil cooking spray and sprinkle both sides with Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning and stick it in the oven.


Hungry Girl's email today and several fish recipes. 

I never ate Talapia till I had my revision you can't beat the low cal and high protein.
