October Accountability Wednesday
Good Morning!!! More liquids for me today and hopefully with out the crackers I have had to add. Getting in an extra 100oz of water in and all my supplements. Not sure if this is what is causing the major headache that had me asleep at 8 last night though.

S sf jello; sf pudding
and lots and lots of water.....going to make the protein shakes only click today to see if it is a caffeine thing .....bet that is it!!

frito pie for dinner---jonesing for it bad
I have been eating something new and different everyday for dinner to see what I can eat. Keep with sameness during the day so I don't get sick at work. After not eating for 7 weeks and my paralysed stomach episode, I am having to be careful because foods I could eat before I cant eat now. It is like being a newbie again for the upteenth time!!
Life is an adventure, now go out and make it a great day or just fake it. I am undecided which I will do today!
