October Accountability Wednesday
B: my usual 2 boiled eggs... with Tabasco Chipotle (lots of flavor without the heat of regular)
L: sliced Honey Crisp apple (I apple season at Central Market) and cheddar
D: chicken something
S: SF Jello Dark Chocolate pudding cup with chopped pecans = keeps the chocolate monster at bay
Paige, I'm digging through my exercise DVD's to see what turns me on! They work better without the plastic wrap!!! Thanks for the kind, encouraging words yesterday.

Finally getting around to my "accountability" post. Things have been a little crazy for me this morning, but I'm doing okay, so far.
Today's Master Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Vitamins
- Lots of Water
- Healthy Food choices/ Planned eating
- OA meeting
- Stairs at work
- Family/Play time w/ daughter
- Rest/Sleep
