Thanks to all who post on the accountability thread and posted on this one last night!!!  Remember accountability is important and this is the place to fess up to the bad and celebrate the good choices you made during the day!

Okay before I post I confess I ate crappy today... and those pesky M&M's kicked my butt... don't even know how many calories those were! (Seriously... I bet I ate at least 800 cal. of M&M's... half of a small candy jar.  So upset with myself for doing this!)

I really did eat what I said I was gonna eat today!  I just had my morningstar brushetta parmesan soy burger(90 calories) and VERY tasty w/ the pepperidge farm deli flats (100 calories) and a few squirts of spicy mustard.  I also had a leaf of lettuce & some red onion.  OMG, wayyyyy better than Burger King and wayyy less calories!

Here's what I ended up having...did stay home all day or wouldn't have had the dang temptations...now the bad stuff is all gone, fed to the dogs outside so it would no longer be here.

Protein coffee
chicken broth
lots of water
chai latte
chef salad w/ wf no calorie bacon ranch dressing
some cookies and homemade cheese crackers...bad, bad Karla
Eggface's chicken and eggplant parmesan...so yummy
will have a sf choc. jello brand mousse cup laterKarla

Even though I was sick, I rode my bike for 30 minutes.

Overall, I did well today.  I stuck with my plan but did over-indulge a bit - the difference is I did that with good foods - deli meat, grapes - instead of carbs and unhealthy snacks.  That's a big positive for me.  I did also make it to the gym for some cardio.

Did ok today, ate about 1/2 my list but never got my Chick-fil-a. Had Thai for dinner and boy did it NOT like me!! Soooo tasty but soo cruel!!!

Tomorrow I am going by Moms to pick up the mother of all dresses for the fashion show at OH!!! I told Mom I wasn't sure if it would fit and she said the sweetest thing to me!! She said "it might be too big!!" Then off to find shoes for it!! I dont have any fancy dress shoes!!

Tomorrow and wed are my last days off till I leave for Housston!! That is going to hurt but getting to go is worth it!!

Rough day for me...

I sure am glad I get to start over tomorrow.  Food-wise my day was horrible.

Today's Plan:
- Vitamins - Done
- Lots of Water - 1/2 A*** effort
- Planned Meals - Not good for me - unplanned snacks snuck in today
- Stairs at work - Did a few time, I would say 80% of my day
- OA on-line meeting - Did
- Water Aerobics - Did and really enjoyed it.  It was something different, but good.
- Rest/Sleep - off to work on this one, if I can get my 4yr old to settle down

Good night,
Lisa

This may be TMI but I've been in the rest room a lot the past two days.  A virus?  But don't feel that rough.  Dang, where is my scale?!  I'm working in Jacksonville through tomorrow.

So haven't eaten much:

Chocolate protein shake which tasted like a "monkey's ass" as Eggface Shelly says.
apple slices with cheddar
part of a BBQ baked potato w/o butter
lots of water for a change

I stayed for the most part of my planned menu however I ended up eating 2 small banana's and some cheddar cheese; not all at the same time just between a time period of 2 hours...I have drank a lot of liquids today..so that part was awesome....

I followed my plan, except for the exercise. I'll blame the ongoing headache (the nausea/dizzy) causing kind). I walked alot DURING work, but I know that doessn't "count", but it's all I've "got" to show...lol
