The Journey 10/29 - second attempt to post
Yesterday was a much better day in my battle with the Carb Monster. It really does help to have low-carb foods prepared ahead of time.
I was so exhausted from my sleepness night that I didn't even take the babies to the playground yesterday. I slept much better last night - no middle of the night tummy issues!
Saturday is my running-around day, and I need to get a haircut. Can't wait for Friday to be over!
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I too find myself having much much better days when I'm prepared............
TODAY IS NOT GONNA BE A GREAT DAY.......BUT MY POUCH WILL MAKE THE BEST OF IT..
Luncheon /dinner at both offices/ jobs...............then chocolate fest here at daytime job....competitive in nature.................good thing I'm NOT one of the judges..........
You ought to see whats around this place........Good thing my pouch has been picky lately......
I'll be as careful and choose PROTEIN FIRST .......................I have discovered the white cheese sticks - peel and pull cheese - whatever those are called - I get the ones with skim milk - so I guess that is a much better choice.......huh? Tell me yes..........please?
