Good morning!  It's rainy and chilly here... looks to stay this way all day!  Blech!  I feel the winter blahs heading my way and I don't like it!!  I really hate Daylight Savings!!!  I'm so nocturnal that after this week I'll be ready for bed by 6:00!!!

Okay so on with my plan...

B: Pumpkin Spice Shake
L: Crab cake with ****tail sauce
D: parm tilapia
Snacks: 100 cal swill miss bar, SF pudding

protein coffee...being downed
Atkins shake
100+ oz. liquids
shrimp and quinoa for lunch
either baked fish/veggie or beans/sloppy joe meat for dinner
snack: cottage cheese and/or cheddar cheese or string cheese if I need it

Good Morning Ladies!  Paige, I will have to tell you about my husband's ordeal later.  To sum it up bad start, WONDERFUL finish!!!!  I made a last minute appt to have my yearly bloodwork done so I can't eat until after my 8:50 appt and I'm hungry :(

B/S:  probably a Smoothie King Gladiator after my appt
L:  turkey/cheese on deli flats
S: yogurt
D: soy burger on deli flats

 Good Morning Paige & TMB,

It's a rainy morning here in H Town, and did not want to get out of bed this morning.  I even hit the snooze button twice, which is unlike me.  I managed to dig through my closet and find something that I did not have to iron.  So, I'm dressed and ready to head out the door for work.

Wait!  Priorities....I must take a few minutes to check out what's going on on OH.com and post "my plan" for today, of course. 

Today's Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Vitamins
- Lots of water
- Healthy/Planned eating
- Exercise
- Walk the dog this evening
- Tea Time w/ Ms. Viv

I know some of you have plans to be here at the OH conference this weekend?  I would love to ACTUALLY meet all of you in person. -- Please look out for me......can't wait!

I did not want to get out of bed this morning.  The hubs was pushing me b/c i was playing jeapordy with the alarms. I managed to get up and get going.  I'm happy I pack my gym bag and get my drinks done the night before so i can run out the door.  needless to say i got to the gym late and did my cardio and a little bit of weights.  that darn rain slowing me down!

Plan
B- chicken on flatbread with salsa and FF cheese
S- isopure from yesterday / almonds
L- grilled chicken and salad (eating now)
D- ground beef burrito with queso

being honest here but i would like to not crave comfort food or carbs when its rainy or chilly outside... ah well baby steps will take me through it!
