Good morning PAIGE and all! I'm wearing turtleneck with my scrubs today...brrrr...
There was a sign up sheet at work for "Mexican pot luck" at work for Thursday. Guess I'll be deemed "not a team player" cuz I did not sign up...too tempting...I'm not that strong and I'm too close to goal...I'll bring my own lunch and just hang out and watch everyone else eat their 5000 calorie lunches...Thank Y'ALL for helping me stay strong and make good choices!
Today's plan:
B: Warm Click (done), Green tea (doing)
L: Chicken breast/salad/strawberries/WF raspberry dsg
D: Beef patty/salad/orange/WF vinagrette dsg
S: 4 Magic pops
E: 45 minutes walking with Corbin
Need to up my water today-will shoot for 120 oz/take all my vitamins

We Can Do Hard Things
Having some "poop" issues this morning I'm bloated, my hernia site is hurting all the way around to my back side, if I could just have a good healthy BM I would feel sooo much better
I have replanned my plan for the day do to my poop issue...
Breakfast-oatmeal with skim milk
Lunch-grilled chicken salad No dressing
Dinner-Loaded Turkey Meatloaf with veggies and mixed greens
Snacks, organges, yogurts and jellos
Water Tea and Coffee....hope this helps for the next few days; last time I tried a softner I about did me in with stomach pain....

Was busy at work yesterday and di dnot get in many liquids at all....can tell this am and hands are stiff so I nee dto make htat a proprity today

I'm feeling a little worn out. I noticed it started yesterday. Not sure if I just need rest or just need to shake it off.
Either way, weighed myself this morning and the number looks good, so I will try to use that a motivation to stick to my plan. --- I'm up, I'm dress, I'm posting, I'm well & I'm off to work.....so that's a good start.

- Vitamins
- Lots of water
- Healthy / Planned eating
- Exercise
- Snuggle time for Hubby & Ms. Viv
