Good morning from the Post Oak Hilton!!! Had an amazing weekend and enjoyed meeting all of you that were there! I am so very Thankful that security never knocked on our door last night!!

Okay my plan for today...

B: eating with the girls before we all head home
L: taco soup
D: parm tilapia
Snacks: ?

B: protein bar
L: roast chicken and veggies
S: bday cake (my birthday yesterday and my older daughter's the day before) hope I don't dump
D: grilled salmon

Exercise: a good run

Good morning ladies!  Still in my jammies, hanging out in bed- trying to get MOTIVATED!  Had a great time with you all!

B: scrambled egg w/ ham squares and shredded cheese
L: soy burger
D: thinking about going to Walmart and getting some of your parm tilapia
