November Accountability Wednesday

Good morning!  We are half way through the work week!!!!  Yesterday was a long 12 hour work day and I have to do it again tomorrow so my goal is to leave as early as I can today!!!  I was just too tired when I got home to exercise and I really need to do that today!


Plan: (nothing sounds good...so I'm picking things I think I might eat...)
B: Happy Holly Bar
L: baked sweet potato
D: Parm Tilapia
S: 5cheese crisps, tapioca pudding

good morning.  Here is my plan for today:

protein coffee almost downed
Atkins shake at some point
100+ oz. liquids
chef salad with light dressing for lunch
quinoa with shrimp for dinner
sf/lf pumpkin pie guts w/ lt. whipped creamfor snack

Zumba with arm wts. for exercise after work

Vits/supplements all in other than calcium

not a great plan since I need to grocery shop! But it is what is is:

cheerios w/2% milk
protein drink
salami sammich
protein chips
banana
pb cheese crackers
protein bar
..its a crap shot....not sure when I will get off work and have a meeting tonight

D:  Chicken/beans

S: Banana/100 -200 cal snack

crazy day at school today so I have to stay focused...its turkey day lunch for our campus!!!!

breakfast-akins protein drink
lunch-turkey lunch (our cafe always does a wonderful job with this lunch and for the last 7 years, this is my turkey dinner.........LOL)
Dinner-out with the yaya's tonight so not sure; either soup or salad
snacks, apples, carrots, or protein chips-these are always at work and waiting for me...LOL

Yesterday didn't go so well..never even came back to admit it..I skipped supper and ate SF jelly neans instead..slept on the toilet...have rim ridges on my butt.....TMI? Today WILL be a bette day!

B: Warm Click (done)..hot green tea (going )

L: Chicken/Salad/Strawberries/WF raspberry dsg

D: Beef patty/WF bbq sauce/salad/WF asian dsg/Orange segments

E: as much walking as jacked up back will allow

Shooting for 64 oz water-going back to minimum cuz have NOT been hitting the 100 oz/baggy of vitamins
