November Accountability Wednesday
GOOD MORNING EVERYONE !
Here is what I have in mind.....not really planned - but nothing new there...
B - Braums bacon, egg, cheese burrito w/jack cheese and onions, and tomatoes..(veggie 1) :)
Snack - sipping on decaf coffee and vitamins !
Lunch: leftover lightly breaded tilapia w/salt and pepper and parm cheese
Dinner: Okay - here is where I'm really bad......nothing planned here..maybe run home for Atkins Shake......
I've decided that I need to try to cut calories down to about 1000 if not less....scale is being the ***** in the box.............

- Current Weight: 263
- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.
- RNY: 10-16-07 = 338: Highest weight: 350+ Lowest Weight: 199
I don't know why I bother...I always get here when half the day is over so dinner is the only unknown! My plan.....
Pre B....chai tea
B....cottage chese, strawberries and blackberries
L....1/2c chili, 1/2 serv. pork skins
D.....probably grilled chicken, pinto beans (currently on the stove), and a veggie of some sort.
LNS...baked apple with oat crumble topping
