Good evening!!!  I hope everyone has had a wonderful day!  So it's that time of day to be accountable for the choices you made today good or bad... so how did you really do?




Disclaimer: Please be honest with yourself here about how you really did! This is not a thread telling others how they should eat or passing judgments on others… but this is reality. Sometimes reality bites… we are all human and no matter how good our intentions may be at the beginning of the day. Life gets in the way and we all face temptations! It happens to everyone. So this journey is yours… own it, learn from it, and move on to the next day!!!

Here's what I had:

protein coffee
bagel thin with lf cream cheese and turkey (hadn't planned on and had in place of 2nd protein drink)
SF McDonald's Iced Coffee - vanilla (off plan but worth it)
chef salad w/ lt. dressing for lunch
quinoa and shrimp for dinner
planning on snack of sf/lf pumpkin pie guts and lf whipped topping

Went to Zumba for an hour

Well I stuck to plan pretty well today but probably could have made better choices as far as getting in more protein.

B: Happy Holly Bar (check)
L: baked sweet potato  (check)
D: Parm Tilapia  (check)
S: 5cheese crisps (check), tapioca pudding
(no) think I'm going to have a 100cal swiss miss bar instead

Good evening Ladies,

Over all, I had a pretty "ok" day.  Stuck to my plan, with the exception of 1 item on the list.  I got out of work at 5pm, came home, walked the dog, and made dinner for Mike.  -- Vivian is still at my mom's so it's a "low key" evening. 

Will try to get to bed early because I did not sleep very well last night.  I kept waking up and check the time....grrrr.

Today's Plan was:
- Prayer & Meditation = YES
- Vitamins = YES
- Lots of Water = ONE MORE 8oz. GLASS TO GO...
- Healthy Food Choices / Planned eating = YES
- Pic new 2011 Med. Ins. Plan = NO, putting this on off till tomorrow
- Exercise = YES
- Sleep = UP NEXT...yes!

My day went well, but my pouch is ouchy tonight, so I'm skipping the planned beef/salad and had warm protein instead. Working on some warm green tea now-will switch out planned orange for softer strawberries, on some Magic Pop later.

Having one of those days were I seem to stay hungry
B: Ham and cheese omelet/toast w/sf jelly
S: Banana / 100 calorie snack
L: Tilapia /6 asparagus spears / onions
S: ½ serving of chips / 1 mini musketeers
D: Chicken / ¼ c. dressing / 6 asparagus spears / beans
LNS: ?????

Working on 3rd bottle of water...

Good Evening ladies!  So, here's how my day went...

B: protein shake (yes)
S: yogurt (yes)
L: soy burger(yes, I'm in love with these but I do switch up the flavors) ate half
S: ate the other 1/2 of my soy burger
D: baked chicken & peas ( had some Rotisserie chicken instead but baked chicken is in the oven for tomorrow.  I worked till 6:30 today)

I did better than I thought I would; boy this is getting easier each day...

Breakfast-akin shake
Lunch-1/2 a scoop of Turkey school lunch...and a few green beans (again our Cafe did a wonderful job)
Afternoon snack-Soy Chips; Jalepeno & Cheddar
Dinner-1 crispy Taco
1/2 glass of white wine with my Yaya's

Not eating pass 7
got all my fluids in the for day, vits and meds in as well and walked all over gods creation today!!

B....cottage chese, strawberries and blackberries....done
L....1/2c chili, 1/2 serv. pork skins....done
D.....probably grilled chicken, pinto beans (currently on the stove), and a veggie of some sort....done, no veggie
LNS...baked apple with oat crumble topping....saving for later but will have half
LLNS...chai tea....defiinitely won't skip it!

Not a good day pouch wise:

ate my cereal,banana,sammich and 1/2 protein drink
Diarrhea started every 20min about 3:30 and dry heaving and vomiting started at 6:30.

Home, zolphran taken dinking water and eating crackers,system finally settling down. The worst was all the throwing up in the stock room in front of the store manager!! i just looked back and said "boy, that last sale was a killer!" He was so cool, made sure i was ok and chuckled!!

So, how was your day!!!
