So how did you really do? Wednesday Edition

Sometimes reality bites… we are all human and no matter how good our intentions may be at the beginning of the day. Life gets in the way and we all face temptations! It happens to everyone. SF McDonald's Iced Coffee - vanilla (off plan but worth it)
chef salad w/ lt. dressing for lunch
quinoa and shrimp for dinner
planning on snack of sf/lf pumpkin pie guts and lf whipped topping
Went to Zumba for an hour

Over all, I had a pretty "ok" day. Stuck to my plan, with the exception of 1 item on the list. I got out of work at 5pm, came home, walked the dog, and made dinner for Mike. -- Vivian is still at my mom's so it's a "low key" evening.
Will try to get to bed early because I did not sleep very well last night. I kept waking up and check the time....grrrr.
Today's Plan was:
- Prayer & Meditation = YES
- Vitamins = YES
- Lots of Water = ONE MORE 8oz. GLASS TO GO...
- Healthy Food Choices / Planned eating = YES
- Pic new 2011 Med. Ins. Plan = NO, putting this on off till tomorrow
- Exercise = YES
- Sleep = UP NEXT...yes!

D: baked chicken & peas ( had some Rotisserie chicken instead but baked chicken is in the oven for tomorrow. I worked till 6:30 today)
Breakfast-akin shake
Lunch-1/2 a scoop of Turkey school lunch...and a few green beans (again our Cafe did a wonderful job)
Afternoon snack-Soy Chips; Jalepeno & Cheddar
Dinner-1 crispy Taco
1/2 glass of white wine with my Yaya's

got all my fluids in the for day, vits and meds in as well and walked all over gods creation today!!

LLNS...chai tea....defiinitely won't skip it!

ate my cereal,banana,sammich and 1/2 protein drink
Diarrhea started every 20min about 3:30 and dry heaving and vomiting started at 6:30.
Home, zolphran taken dinking water and eating crackers,system finally settling down. The worst was all the throwing up in the stock room in front of the store manager!! i just looked back and said "boy, that last sale was a killer!" He was so cool, made sure i was ok and chuckled!!
