Good Evening!

Ok well I did not get my plan written this am boy will I be ready for this week to be over...

B:  Protein drink - check
L: salad with grilled chicken (half of what I expected to eat)
S: string cheese
D: trout fillet (only got in half but VERY yummy)

missing a protein drink so have to make sure I get it all in tomorrow!
