The Journey 11/24
Do you have creative ways to get the taste of foods you used to love, but don't eat anymore? Last night I made "pizza casserole" out of browned italian sausage, onions, garlic, bell peppers, and mushrooms, mixed with a little bottled Ragu sauce, then put into a casserole dish and topped with olives and mozzarella. You could put in it the oven at that point, but I just nuked it until the cheese was melted. Yummy!
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

That's a great way to get the taste you want.  Lasagna tastes the same w/o noodles as do chicken enchiladas sans the tortillas.
