Ok, here's how it went for me...
B: protein shake(check)
S: My Fit Foods Cranberry Apple muffin(check)
L: My Fit Foods turkey spaghetti (1/2 of a medium) and I'm SUPER STUFFED!!! I literally shoved in the last 2 bites! (check)
S: My Fit Foods banana walnut muffin(check)
D: My Fit Foods atlantic baked salmon (probably 1/2 since I got the medium portion) - actually had my last leftover turkey, sweet potatoes and dressing- threw the rest of the leftovers out!!
