It's Friday!!!  I will be headed to Dallas this afternoon for a girls weekend with a half marathon thrown in the mix!  Yes I'm crazy... but it's one more thing that can be marked off my bucket list!!!

What's something on your bucket list that is now achievable since you've lost weight?


Plan for today....
B: Cafe Mocha kcup
L: Taco salad
D: ???  will grab something along the way
Snacks?? something to snack on in the car

So what's your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Not necessarily a good plan since I'll be in the car...

protein coffee
McD's sf iced vanilla coffee
SBUX decaf skinny latte this afternoon
100+ oz. liquids
not sure about lunch...probably sloppy joe meat
dinner: probably chicken salad wrap on the road
snacks: have no idea yet

exercise: driving Paige to Rowlett and flapping my jaws the whole way!

One thing on my Bucket List is to swim with the sharks on the Great Barrier Reef in Australia! At least now I can fit into a wet suit!! Maybe it will happen!!!

yogurt w/tpn

lunchable
carrots
protein bar
protein drink
fart bar
lots of fluid
dinner no plan yet, may pick up Fuzzys fajitas for us on the way home

I was a mess last night and I'm soooo glad today is a new day, and I can start over.

Today's Plan:
- Connect w/ my HP
- Keep things simple
- Take my Vitamins
- Drink Lots of water
- Do not skip meals
- Exercise
- Pay Bills
- Rest
