 Busy day at work... it was 3:10 when I realized I hadn't even eaten lunch yet!!!
Plan for today....
B: SF hot spiced apple cider (yes)
L: sushi (yes...3 pieces)
D: tilapia (yes)
Snacks: SF pudding (No... going to splurge on a small slice of fudge pie from Collin Street Bakery and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.... I'm bad but it's a choice I'm gonna own and enjoy!)

S: protein shake (had a small slice of sweet potato pie that a co worker made instead)
L: Pappadeaux (company lunch) (had blackened tilapia & veggies)
S: snack on leftovers from lunch (shared a slice of cheesecake from lunch with 2 other co workers)
D: baked chicken & veggies (check)
Didn't do that great but I can live with it.

D: ???? - Small salad with ranch, 1/4 c of lasagna, fruit plus very small serving of peach cobbler with a tad of light ice cream
S: frozen banana chips / 100 cal snack - 1/2 sev of light chips
