December Accountability Sunday
I threw a bunch of chicken breasts in the crock pot yesterday so today I will be making a couple of soups so that I can freeze those for lunches. Trying a few new recipes so I will let you all know how they turn out later!

I've been missing in action.  My oral surgery has really thrown any eating plans out the window.  But I'm getting better.  I usually go to whatever sounds good from these choices:
 
Greek yogurt, Laughing Cow cheese, cheese stick, boiled egg, baked sweet potato, meatballs, protein hot chocolate
