Good morning!!!   You all are going to have to bare with me the next week or so... being off schedule!   Got some baking done yesterday and hopefully will fini**** up today!!!!

Plan:
B:  My Fit Foods muffin
S: SF spiced cider
L: chili
D: My Fit Foods Pear Salmon
Snacks?? going to try to not have any!

Good morning Paige! Will try to get in at least 1500 cals today. Have protein drink, bar, yogurt w/crunchies and Ken will have dinner for me when I get home! Maybe mom will want to go look at Christmas lights tonight!!

Good Morning All,

Paige, don't even worry about "being off schedule,"  you're on VACATION. 

Well, WLS Pals, I put my booty on the scale this morning and it's up.  I'm not happy, but admit that I've been struggling with my food these past few days.  The holidays are killing me, everywhere I turn there is SUGAR.  I've been grazing and I can see it on the scale and feel it in my clothes. 

Today's Plan -
- Prayer & Meditation
- Vitamins
- Lots of liquids
- Healthy food choices / PLANNED eating
- No grazing
- Exercise
- Think/Journal about "my  whys"

Weight has not been good this month, up a total of 3 lbs - but started back to the gym last week and I've already committed/signed up for PT beginning Jan 4th.

Workout yesterday and on track for workout tomorrow.

Good Morning...er afternoon Paige. Mind if I join in?

I'm back on the "Band" wagon after 2 babies and ready to get back to work on finishing my weight loss. I'm down 10lbs since my fill on the 10th. Today is a VERY tight day for me. So i'm keeping it low key.

B: Protein coffee
L: Beef Broth
D: Tomato soup

I'm going to have cheese and peanuts as snacks and a Mootopia protein shake later tonight during my Christmas baking phase.
