Good morning!  Almost forgot to post this post!  So what is everyone's plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
Treadmill 3-5 miles
B: Believe RTD
L: 5 quiche bites
D: flounder and veggie
Snacks: herb crackers, ww ice cream cone

Good morning Paige!  I see your eating quiche bites today!  I had some yesterday for dinner instead of spaghetti since hubs said he wasn't hungry and they were delicious!

B: scrambled egg w/ shredded cheese

S: fage yogurt w/ strawberries
D: spaghetti

S: Banana slices / cracker with cheese spread
