Here is my plan:

Exercise...none...did C25K the last 2 days. I hurt my knee more yesterday. I think the C25K and I may have to split up. I will try my elliptical tomorrow and see how that goes. My knee is now wrapped in an ace bandage and I'm limping. I think it's a ligament or tendon injury.
