Need an "engineer" for Friday. Have road a trip on tap. Back to back funerals for DW's aunt that was in hospice and a first cousin, no kin to the aunt, who had a heart attack over the weekend.
Work and walk are one and two.

Hawaii sounds good NOW! Still can't get warm. Glad the temps will be moving up...No plans for me today either, work, home, laundry. DH is working tonight, so won't have to cook dinner. Hope everyone has a good day. Brenda

Hope your having a good week. Mine is going OK so far. Today I am most grateful for my precious 2 yr. old granddaughter. I watched her last night for my son and DIL while they went to college. She keeps me laughing and I love her enthusiasm for life....what else can we expect from a 2 yr. old. LOL I am grateful for my hubby who works so hard to provide for our family even though he is ill. Grateful for my WLS and my health, for my faith in God and for his answered prayers. Grateful for encouragement from others and for life itself. Grateful for waking up today and for these forums on OH and for OH itself. Grateful for the upcoming holiday's ( even though I've barely started with my Christmas shopping ) and all the much needed family time. Grateful for new beginnings everyday of our lives. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today and have a super blessed day !!!

Work and laundry will keep me busy today.
Had lunch with sisters yesterday and we decided on Oct. for Hawaii.
Stepped on scale and was below redline, foolish me stepped on it again 20 minutes later and those digits went poof.

Was way to cold for me this morning. Weekend was uneventful. Was just trying to stay in as much as possible. Work is starting off slow today. Yesterday was my 5 yr surgery anniversary. Not to pleased with the scales.. So, guess I'm going to have to star****ching everything going into my mouth much closer. Have a great day everyone... Brenda (Little sister is out of hospital & doing great).
